Watches
Connect or disconnect a watch.
You do both in the app.
- Open the app and go to You.
- Choose Sources.
- Next to the watch, choose Connect or Disconnect.
Disconnecting stops anything new. Nothing more arrives from that watch. What it already sent stays until you remove it.
To remove what a watch already sent, delete it in the app, or delete your account. Anything you delete on its own is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind, then removed for good. Deleting your account removes everything in it at once.
Apple Health is managed in the iPhone app, which reads it on your phone. Garmin, COROS and Polar come as each maker approves the integration.
